Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton Relocates to 3 Times Square
Rudin has finalized a lease with Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP for their relocation to 3 Times Square in Midtown. Kilpatrick, known for expertise in intellectual property and corporate matters, will occupy 27,667 square feet on the 28th floor as part of a new 10-year lease.
“The firm’s selection of 3 Times Square underscores the importance of the capital reinvestment program we are close to completing at the building and reinforces that in today’s market, the quality of the building and ownership are more important than ever,” said Michael Rudin, Co-CEO of Rudin. The repositioning of 3 Times Square has undergone capital improvements, such as a new lobby, façade screen, and amenities like a fitness center and dining area.
