Kiln Signs 22K-SF Coworking Space Lease at Woodinville MXU Development

Utah-based coworking company Kiln has signed a lease in Woodinville’s 19.5-acre Harvest development, with plans to open its 22,045-square-foot location at the site in 2027.

It marks the company’s third new lease in the region this year, following deals in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood and Bellevue. Those locations are expected to open in October and May 2027, respectively.

The approximately 20-acre Harvest project includes apartments, townhomes and a hotel. The Woodinville Kiln location represents the largest lease signed in The Yard, Harvest’s nearly 100,000-square-foot retail complex at 14482 147th Place NE. Kiln will join a tenant roster of more than 30 businesses, including wineries, distilleries, restaurants, retailers and service providers, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal.

The $700 million Harvest development broke ground in 2022, and this latest lease brings Harvest’s retail complex to 90% occupancy. CBRE’s Jennifer Seversen is overseeing leasing at the property.
