Killian Pacific Unveils Plans for SW Washington Waterfront Community

Killian Pacific plans to develop Ninebark, a new residential community on nearly nine acres along the Columbia River and part of Parker’s Landing between downtown Camas and downtown Washougal, WA. The waterfront project will encompass more than 240 units across eight energy-efficient buildings that will include a mix of one-, two- and three-bedrooms using sustainable materials such as high-quality, locally-sourced wood.

Killian Pacific’s Michi Slick says, “With Ninebark, we envision a sustainable, equitable and accessible waterfront community that offers an experience, with access to nature and amenities alike, that is unlike anything else in the market.”

The community design weaves in connections to the surrounding natural Southwest Washington environment including a new public park and will offer three-story apartment homes with expansive floorplans. A freestanding amenities clubhouse will deliver expansive views of the Columbia River and Mt. Hood.

Construction is set to commence in fall of 2021 and the first units are slated to deliver a year later.
