Killian Pacific Completes 246-Unit MF Community in SW Washington

Killian Pacific, a Pacific Northwest real estate developer, has completed Ninebark, a 246-unit residential community along the Columbia River waterfront in Southwest Washington. The project aims to provide housing options in the region while addressing local challenges around affordability and workforce diversity.

Ninebark features a first-of-its-kind Voluntary Income Restricted Housing Program in the region, with the firm voluntarily designating 24 units as affordable. “We felt compelled to be a part of the solution and explore a new model where the market rate can be both financially viable and a catalyst for good,” said Killian Pacific’s Principal, Development, Michi Slick.

Located at 600 South Marina Way, Ninebark features a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Ninebark’s property management partner is CloudTen Residential, and the project’s general contractor was Robert & Olson Construction. Founded in 1971, Killian Pacific owns, manages, and develops communities in Oregon and Washington.
