Killam Development Inks Two Leases at International Pkwy

Two industrial leases were recently inked for Killam Development at 5700 S. International Pkwy. in McAllen. The two leases consisted of 100,783 square feet going to Marmon Foodservice Technologies and 30,120 square feet going to Worldwise.

Killam Development owns 5 million square feet of commercial property in South Texas, with 2.4 million square feet of industrial in the Rio Grande Valley and 240,000 square feet of industrial currently available for lease in Sharyland Industrial Park by the Anzalduas Bridge. Killam Development recently acquired 3,400 acres in Mission and McAllen, which is prime land for industrial, retail and residential.

NAI Partners’ Carlos Marquez represented the landlord in both transactions.
