Kidder’s Patricia Loveall Elected Global President of SIOR

Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Patricia Loveall, SIOR has been elected 2022 SIOR Global President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Loveall has served as SIOR Vice President in 2019, and has been an active member since 1997.

Based in Seattle, Loveall has been a consistent top producer at Kidder Mathews, where she is an industrial and corporate services specialist. She has been involved in sales and leasing transactions totaling over $3 billion, and has represented recognizable clients like Home Depot, Nuveen and Clarion.

“As a long-time SIOR designee, I’m honored to serve as the 2022-2023 SIOR Global President and look forward to working with SIOR leadership to implement our new five-year strategic plan,” said Loveall. 

In addition to her involvement with SIOR, Loveall is a Fellow of the Industrial Asset Management Council and a member of NAIOP and the King County Board of Realtors.
