The Heartwood Apartments, a newly-constructed, 135-unit multifamily complex has been sold for $104 million in a transaction structured by Kidder Mathews. The luxury community is located in the Issaquah Highlands suburb of Bellevue, WA.

Dylan Simon, Matt Laird and Jerrid Anderson of Kidder’s Seattle-based Simon and Anderson team along with Collier’s Dave Schumacher, represented the seller in the deal and also directly sourced the buyer. “We want to thank both parties for an extremely smooth transaction,” said Simon. “The pricing is reflective of buyers in our marketplace recognizing the quality of this property and the strength of Issaquah and the Pacific Northwest as a whole.”

Heartwood Apartments was completed last summer, and fully stabilized in early 2022. The building is located on a mountain plateau next to a private lake and boasts modern amenities along with 360-degree views of the mountains and Lake Sammamish.
