Kidder Recruits Mark Butcher as SoCal Asset Services Leader

Kidder Mathews welcomes Mark Butcher, CPM as Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Asset Services in Greater Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing and directing property teams, client support and quality control.

Butcher brings over 20 years of commercial real estate management experience to Kidder, including stints as market leader for Alexandria Real Estate Equities and managing director with CBRE in San Diego.

“Mark brings a depth of knowledge and experience in the professional management of office, industrial, retail and life science sectors,” said Paul Klink, President of Kidder’s Asset and Client Services. “We are looking forward to capturing some of Mark’s knowledge in the life science industry.”

About Mark Nieto

Mark comes to ConnectCRE with an extensive background as a business and news reporter in San Francisco radio, as well as 35 years as a traffic reporter on several stations including KGO, KNBR, KCBS and KFRC. As a business reporter, Mark covered the tech world in Silicon Valley where he became familiar with real estate transactions in the hot Bay Area marketplace. He attended San Jose State University with a BA in Radio and TV Broadcasting and currently resides in the Lake Tahoe area where he gets to frequently enjoy all of his favorite activities: Golfing, Fishing, Hiking and Skiing.
