Kidder Mathews Welcomes Agribusiness Team to Carlsbad

The Carlsbad, CA office of Kidder Mathews is welcoming the team of Matt Marschall, MAI, AI-GRS, ARA, FRICS, Dylan Marschall and Warren McCafferty, specializing in land and agribusiness commercial real estate. The team offers brokerage and consultation services for a wide variety of land and agriculture properties, including cropland, tree crops, greenhouses, farms, agricultural facilities and complex land analysis.

Matt Marschall, who will join the firm as Senior Vice President, has 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, including stints with Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE where he served as Executive Managing Director for the firm’s land and agribusiness practice.

Dylan Marschall, who will be First Vice President at Kidder Mathews, has extensive experience in appraisal on assignments throughout North America.

Warren McCafferty joins Kidder Mathews as Senior Associate, bringing over 30 years of experience in real estate and construction management. He was the owner and CEO of one of the largest community management companies in Southern Nevada.
