Kidder Mathews Taps Robert Shipley to Lead Asset Services in Bellevue

Kidder Mathews has welcomed Robert Shipley as senior vice president and market leader for Asset Services in Bellevue. He will oversee the daily operations of the firm’s portfolio in Seattle’s Eastside submarket, including business development, client relations, risk management, and leading property teams to deliver best-in-class service.

Shipley brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial property management. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he oversaw a diverse portfolio that included industrial, office, retail, and medical properties.

He founded and ran Brightstreet Development and held key roles with SMARTCAP, Inc. and Coast Property Management. In these positions, he led ground-up development projects valued at $137 million and managed $600 million in assets. He has negotiated numerous leases totaling over $360 million in rental payments for institutional, private, and governmental clients.
