Kidder Mathews Taps Linda Fairchild to Lead Bellevue Asset Services
Kidder Mathews has announced that Linda Fairchild, RPA has been promoted to senior vice president and market leader in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s asset services division in Seattle’s Eastside submarket — including business development, client relations, risk management, and directing property teams to provide best-in-class service.
Fairchild brings 33 years of experience in commercial property management. Demonstrating her industry expertise, she holds the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
