Kidder Mathews Tabs Parker Ksidakis as First VP in Seattle

Retail investment specialist Parker Ksidakis has joined Kidder Mathews’ Seattle office as First Vice President. Ksidakis is the third retail specialist to be welcomed by the firm in Seattle in 2023, joining David Gellner and Maggie Wolk who began at Kidder Mathews in February from CPX.

“We are so happy to have Parker join Kidder Mathews. He is a great addition to the five other retail investment brokers in the Seattle office that make our team one of the best in the business,” said the firm’s Regional President of Brokerage, Monica Wallace.

Ksidakis has been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly a decade, most recently as part of CBRE’s Seattle retail group. “My decision to join Kidder Mathews was strongly influenced by the entrepreneurial culture and ability to continue to reinvest into my business to achieve outstanding client results,” commented Ksidakis.
