Kidder Mathews SVP Drew Frame Earns SIOR Designation

Kidder Mathews announced that Senior Vice President Drew Frame has been awarded the SIOR designation by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

Frame is a Puget Sound office and healthcare real estate specialist based in Tacoma, Washington. Since joining Kidder Mathews as an associate in 2017, he has completed over 4,500,000 square feet of transactions, totaling more than $500 million in value. He partners on a team with Executive Vice President Will Frame.

“It’s a privilege to join SIOR and connect with a network of professionals who set the standard for excellence in our industry,” said Drew Frame. “I’m looking forward to contributing and learning from my peers as we work to elevate the field.” With Frame’s induction, Kidder Mathews now counts 46 SIOR designees on its roster of brokers.
