Kidder Mathews Sells Spokane Valley Apartment Complex
Max Frame of the Simon and Anderson team, a multifamily investment team at Kidder Mathews, represented the seller in the sale of an eight-unit apartment complex in Spokane Valley for $775,000.
Through a competitive marketing approach, Frame and the team were able to generate multiple offers and ultimately sell the property to a local Spokane investor. “While 2024 started a little slow, we are starting to see a pickup in activity across Eastern Washington’s apartment market, primarily Spokane, which has seen multiple listings come on the market in previous weeks,” said Frame.
Located at 2012 North Park Road, the complex is an eight-unit value-add building constructed in 1956. The property is situated on the border of Spokane and Spokane Valley and is ideally located to demand strong rents. “Max and his team are so good that my realtor family has worked with them several times,” said the seller.
