Kidder Mathews Sells Alder Walk Apartments in Puyallup for $21M
Alder Walk, a newly constructed apartment community totaling 78 units in Puyallup, Washington, sold for $21.25 million.
Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, and JD Fuller of the Simon Anderson Team, a multifamily investment team based at Kidder Mathews’ Seattle headquarters, represented the seller, Terrene Homes, and directly sourced the buyer. The property was developed by Terrene and completed in 2022.
Located at 7722 176th Street East, Alder Walk features one- and two-bedroom units. Residents enjoy a blend of suburban tranquility and urban convenience, with amenities that include in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and 10-foot ceilings.
