Kidder Mathews Sells Airway Heights Apartment Complex for $3.6M

Kidder Mathews represented the seller in the sale of The Autumn Leaf Furnished Apartments in Airway Heights, Washington.

Max Frame of the Simon and Anderson team, a multifamily investment team at Kidder Mathews, facilitated the transaction of the property located at 12911 West 13th Avenue for $3.59 million. The closing follows an active year for the team, which included 39 completed transactions.

The Autumn Leaf Furnished Apartments is comprised of 24 turn-key units. Built in 2017 as a standard market-rate apartment building, previous ownership operated the building as short-term, extended-stay rentals. A similar property, the Turning Leaf Furnished Townhomes at 20 East Pineridge Court in Spokane, is also listed for sale by Frame.

“It was great to see this transaction get over the finish line. Both buyer and seller worked hard to make this a very communicative, smooth, and quick transaction, ensuring it was a great deal for all parties involved,” said Frame.
