Kidder Mathews Sells 65-Unit Dexter Hayes for $18.85 Million
Kidder Mathews has closed the sale of Dexter Hayes, a 65-unit, Class A apartment building located at 1701 Dexter Avenue N. in the Westlake neighborhood of Seattle. The property sold for $18.85 million, equating to $290,000 per unit.
Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, Matt Laird, and JD Fuller of the Simon and Anderson team at Kidder Mathews’ Seattle headquarters represented the seller and directly sourced the buyer.“This transaction underscores the strong demand for premium multifamily assets and reinforces our leadership in the Seattle real estate market,” said Simon.
Constructed in 2016, Dexter Hayes offers panoramic views of Lake Union and the Seattle skyline. The property boasts modern design, high-end finishes, and amenities, including spacious floor plans, large windows, a clubhouse, a rooftop deck, and an open-air central courtyard.
