Max Frame of the Kidder Mathews’ Simon and Anderson Multifamily Investment team has completed the $2.6 million sale of the Astor Terrace Apartments, a 22-unit multifamily community in the Logan neighborhood of Spokane, WA. It’s been a busy year in Spokane for Frame, who has now sold eight properties in the region. 

“This was a great transaction for both buyer and seller, and a smooth deal from start to finish. With rising interest rates and market uncertainty, it is great to see buyers sell active and getting deals done,” said Frame, who represented the undisclosed buyer in the transaction. 

The Astor Terrace Apartments are located at 406 East Montgomery Ave. in Spokane, just north of Gonzaga University. The property was built in 1908, and then fully remodeled in 2014.
