
Kidder Mathews Recruits David Gellner as EVP in Seattle
David Gellner has joined Kidder Mathews as Executive Vice President in Seattle, specializing in the sale of commercial retail investment properties in Washington. Gellner was previously a broker at CPX, the 2nd broker in that firm hired by the Kidder Mathews’ Seattle office this month, joining investments specialist. Maggie Wolk.
Gellner has over 10 years of experience, completing over 150 transactions totaling more than $500 million. Some of his notable sales include the Attorney General Building in Tumwater, WA, the Cordata Shopping Center in Bellingham, WA, Wilderness Crossing in Maple Valley, WA and the Social Security Building in Tacoma, WA.
