Kidder Mathews Promotes Will Frame to PNW Regional President of Brokerage

Kidder Mathews has promoted Will Frame to Regional President of Brokerage for the Pacific Northwest.

He will lead 170 brokers—generating nearly $3 billion in annual transaction volume across five offices in Washington and Oregon. Based at the firm’s Tacoma office, he has specialized in office and healthcare sales and leasing since joining Kidder Mathews in 2015.

Over the past decade, he has become a shareholder and one of the firm’s top producers, completing more than $800 million in transactions spanning more than seven million square feet of property—working alongside Senior Vice President Drew Frame, Associate Ryan Kershaw, and Client Services Coordinator Katie Afichuk on The Frame Team. Frame succeeds Brian Hatcher, who retired this summer after nearly 30 years with Kidder Mathews.

“In this new role, I look forward to continuing to serve the company and broader CRE community—opening doors for others and expanding our business by bringing in more top talent across the Pacific Northwest,” said Frame.
