Dave Carder has joined Kidder Mathews’ Phoenix office as a senior vice president. Carder brings over 27 years of experience working with tenants and landlords to facilitate leases, acquisitions, and sales of commercial properties in Greater Phoenix. He has successfully completed over $1B in transactions, totaling more than 12 million square feet. His transactions have included a number of properties associated with companies such as Blackrock, Bank of America, Bow River Capital, Hines, Invesco, Lincoln Life, Lincoln Property Company, Sound Point Capital, Verizon Wireless, Arizona State University, and Harvard Investments. 

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Carder served as Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office. Prior to C&W, he was with CBRE, where he began his career in 1996 after graduating from Stanford University. During his time at Stanford, he was a Division 1, Pac-12 football scholar-athlete. 

Carder is also an active member of the Scottsdale Charros and a former board member of NAIOP.
