The firm’s new space at the recently renovated University Park Center owned by Winn Communities features private offices, collaborative areas and hoteling workspaces for brokers with hybrid schedules.

The 275,000-square-foot University Park Center is situated along the American River near Cal State Sacramento, a short walk to shopping and dining destinations. The recent renovations included a transformation of the conference center, new fitness amenities, new HVAC units, exterior and common area refurbishment and landscaping upgrades.
