Kidder Mathews Opens New Office in Sherman Oaks

Commercial real estate firm Kidder Mathews has expanded its Southern California presence, opening a new office in the San Fernando Valley. Located at 15260 Ventura Boulevard, in the City National Bank building in Sherman Oaks, CA, the office is situated next to Interstate 405 and in proximity to several shopping and dining destinations.

With a new office comes new personnel, and Kidder Mathews has hired five new professionals to join the Sherman Oaks location: Joe Bellavia, vice president; Ryan McKenzie, CCIM, vice president; Jack Roney, vice president; Jordan Fischer, vice president; and Austin Grant, associate. In addition, nine brokers within the firm have chosen to relocate to the new office.
