Kidder Mathews Names Joseph Kim as Retail SVP in Irvine

Kidder Mathews Names Joseph Kim as Retail SVP in Irvine

Retail specialist Joseph Kim has joined Kidder Mathews’ Orange County office as Senior Vice President, specializing in retail. Kim has over 15 years experience in commercial real estate, representing many retail and restaurant concepts throughout Southern California.

“I am very excited to join the Kidder Mathews team and be a part of its impressive ongoing growth in Southern California,” said Kim in a news release. “The firm’s industry-leading marketing department, brokerage tools, research and extensive market knowledge will be an incredible benefit to my clients.” Kim was previously Vice President at SVN Vanguard in Santa Ana.

Kim has worked with landlords such as Irvine Company, DJM and Regency Centers as well as national retail tenants Popeyes and 7-11. “Kim’s experience representing both landlords and tenants in Southern California will be a great value-add to our Irvine team,” said Kidder Mathews Regional President of Brokerage Eric Paulsen.
