Kidder Mathews’ Linda Lee Elected President of CCIM in LA

Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Linda Lee, CCIM has been elected president of CCIM’s Greater Los Angeles chapter. Lee is an office specialist with more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate and has been involved in transactions totaling over $1 billion in value. She earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2005.

In addition, Kidder Mathews Vice President Francisco Williams, CCIM, has been elected as the board’s 2023 secretary. Williams has been a CCIM designee since 2016 and has previously served as president of the chapter.  As an investment broker specializing in retail, he has completed and advised on transactions totaling more than $100 million.

Finally, Kidder Mathews congratulates David Evans, a senior associate and multifamily investments specialist in El Segundo, CA, for receiving the Carmela Ma, CCIM Endowment  Scholarship from the GLA CCIM chapter.
