Kidder Mathews Launches 1031 Exchange Services
Kidder Mathews announced the launch of its 1031 Exchange Services, in partnership with Accruit, a national qualified intermediary (QI). The new service line provides clients the ability to manage both the real estate transaction and the exchange process under one roof.
The strategic partnership is aimed to provide enhanced benefits to clients, including internal coordination of 1031 exchanges, robust safeguards, secure fund handling, advanced technology, and expert support. Accruit is a full-service QI and developer of the industry’s only patented 1031 Exchange technology.
“Accruit brings deep expertise and extensive experience in 1031 exchanges to Kidder Mathews,” said Eric Paulsen, President of Brokerage. “This partnership allows us to provide secure, streamlined services, utilizing Accruit’s patented technology and expert team to guide clients through the often complex 1031 exchange process.”
