Kidder Mathews Holiday Campaign Raises $81K for Local Communities

Kidder Mathews’ first Holiday Giving Campaign has raised $81,145 to support three nonprofits addressing hunger and housing needs in the communities the company serves. Contributions came from employees, brokers, and the Kidder Mathews Foundation.

“We have organized smaller fundraisers in the past, but we are thrilled to make a bigger difference this year through the foundation,” said Bill Frame, SIOR, CCIM, Chairman and CEO of Kidder Mathews. “It’s incredible to see what we can accomplish when we combine our efforts, and we’re excited to continue building on this tradition in the years ahead.”

Key donations from the campaign include $31,145 to Feeding America, with funds raised through a friendly competition among Kidder Mathews’ regions, with brokers and staff. To amplify the impact, the Kidder Mathews Foundation contributed $5,000 per region.

$30,000 was donated to Habitat for Humanity from The Kidder Mathews Foundation, which donated $15,000 on Giving Tuesday, where all contributions were doubled through the nonprofit. Additionally, $20,000 was donated to Home Team Harvest, which is one of Washington’s largest annual food drives.
