Kidder Mathews Grows Asset Services Division with New President

Kidder Mathews has promoted Erin French, CPM, CCIM to President of Asset Services. In this role, she will lead the division across the firm’s offices in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, and Nevada. French will draw on over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management operations to drive business development and oversee the delivery of exceptional, customized solutions to maximize value for clients.

Since joining Kidder Mathews nearly 25 years ago, French has held various leadership roles, including Asset Services Chief Operating Officer. She also holds the Certified Property Manager and Certified Commercial Investment Member designations.
