Kidder Mathews Facilitates $23.5M Sale of Kent Apartments

Kidder Mathews has represented the seller and sourced the buyer in the $23.5 million sale of Highland Green Apartments, a 96-unit, garden-style multifamily complex in the Seattle submarket of Kent, WA. Dylan Simon, Brandon Lawler and Jerrid Anderson of the firm’s Simon and Anderson team worked on behalf of the private family seller. The buyer was a California-based company with holdings across the nation.

“We want to thank the seller and buyer for an extremely smooth transaction,” said Lawler. “Having a very experienced and capable buyer was vital for this transaction to close inside of 60 days given current volatile market conditions.”

Located at 10105 SE 236th St., a majority of Highland Green’s units are comprised of classic interior finishes. The property is well-maintained and attracted a large group of buyers, with over 14 groups offering to purchase the complex, according to Kidder Mathews.
