Kidder Mathews’ Daniel Boring Awarded CRE Designation
Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President Daniel Boring, CRE, MAI, ARA, ASA, has been awarded the Counselor of Real Estate® designation. Only 1,000 professionals in 22 countries and U.S. territories hold the credential.
He currently leads Kidder Mathews’ nationwide machinery and equipment appraisal service line and maintains an active litigation, agricultural, and marine valuation practice. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he served as CEO of Lee & Associates Valuation and Consulting, followed by nearly a decade at CBRE as the co-national practice group leader for the Agribusiness, Land and Natural Resources Group.
“This designation reflects the caliber of work we strive for at Kidder Mathews—deep expertise, practical solutions, and trusted advice,” said Boring. Boring also holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, the ARA designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and the ASA designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
