Kidder Mathews’ Dane Dahline Earns SIOR Designation

Kidder Mathews SVP Dane Dahline has been awarded the SIOR designation by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. With Dahline’s induction, Kidder Mathews now has 43 brokers who hold the SIOR designation.

Dahline specializes in industrial real estate, representing tenants, buyers and both institutional and private property owners throughout the Puget Sound region. He has consistently been recognized for his outstanding performance and has received a Top Broker Award and the Next Generation Award from Connect CRE.

“I’m honored to become a part of SIOR and engage with a community of professionals who exemplify excellence in our industry,” said Dahline. “It’s a great opportunity to contribute and learn from my peers as we work together to advance the profession.”

The SIOR designation is awarded to individuals who meet certain gross revenue and transaction standards, education, ethics and endorsements. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors now has 4,000 members in 50 countries.
