Kidder Mathews Continues Expansion, Adds Another Bay Area Office

Kidder Mathews expanded its Bay Area footprint with the opening of a new office in Pleasanton, CA. The Seattle-based commercial real estate firm recruited several local brokers who have extensive careers and experience in the Greater East Bay and Tri-Valley region.

Kidder Mathews’ Eric Luhrs (pictured) says, “It has been a part of our strategic plan to open an additional Bay Area office in the Greater East Bay market, so we’ve been seeking the right caliber of professionals to partner with us.”

New additions to the firm include Ian Thomas, Jason Chandler, Jason Allen, and Mike Medeiros. All were formerly with Colliers.

Kidder Mathews has grown to 800 real estate professionals and staff in 22 offices in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, and Nevada. The Pleasanton office, located at 4305 Hacienda Dr., Suite 180, is the firm’s 15th location in California and the fifth to open within the last year.
