Kidder Mathews Completes Nevada’s Largest Spec Project Lease

S&S Activewear signed an 802,113-square-foot lease for an industrial facility at North Valleys Commerce Center in Reno, NV. It is the largest speculative project lease ever completed in Nevada.

The facility is located at 9550 North Virginia St., Building D. The property is owned and operated by CP Logistics NVCC II, a joint venture between CalSTRS and Panattoni Development Company.

Kidder Mathews’ Michael Nevis, Michael Hoeck, Steve Kucera, and Tim Gunsten represented CP Logistics in the transaction.

The national wholesaler of imprintable apparel plans to hire approximately 350 employees for the facility, representing a substantial economic impact to the local economy. S&S Activewear plans to consolidate its current California warehouse into the new facility when it opens Q1 2019.
