Kidder Mathews Brokers Off-Market Sale of Seattle Apartments

Kidder Mathews’ Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team has arranged the off-market sale of Anchor House Apartments, an 18-unit waterfront property located at 2714 Fairview Avenue East in Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood. The asset sold for $6.75 million.

Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, Matt Laird, and Jack Shephard represented the seller, Casal Real Property, LLC. The buyer, Anchor House Apartments, LLC, acquired the property in an all-cash, non-contingent transaction, signaling a strong long-term investment strategy. “This transaction reflects the continued strength of Seattle’s core multifamily market, especially for well-located assets with waterfront appeal,” said Anderson.

Positioned along the shores of Lake Union, Anchor House offers direct waterfront access and panoramic views. The property presents significant value-add potential in a high-demand submarket, making it a desirable investment opportunity.
