Kidder Mathews Arranges Sale of Townhomes in Quincy
The Quincy Executive Townhomes, a 20-unit multifamily community at 420–522 F Street NE in Quincy, Washington, has sold for $3.625 million.
Vice President Max Frame of the Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team at Kidder Mathews represented the seller in the transaction. Built in 2019, the community comprises five four-plex buildings with large two- and three-bedroom layouts and 20 covered parking spaces split between garages and carports.
“Quincy has transformed into one of the most dynamic small markets in the state,” said Frame. “Its combination of tech investment, year-round employment, and lifestyle appeal is fueling sustained rental demand and investor confidence—making it a standout for long-term multifamily growth.”
Located in Central Washington, Quincy has seen rapid housing growth driven by the expanding tech and agricultural industries. The city’s proximity to major data centers, the Gorge Amphitheatre, and the Columbia River continues to attract both residents and investors.
