Kidder Mathews Advises in 14-Unit Spokane Apartment Sale

Max Frame of Kidder Mathews’ Simon and Anderson team has executed the firm’s ninth apartment sale in Spokane this year, representing the private buyer in the $1.8 million sale of Cornerstone Apartments.

Built in 1993 and located in South Spokane’s Lincoln Heights neighborhood on South Cook Street, Cornerstone Apartments consists of 14-units and is surrounded by local amenities including retail centers, healthcare facilities and schools. Interstate 90 is approximately 2 miles away, providing easy access to Downtown Spokane and Gonzaga University.

“In an unsteady, rising interest rate market, it is crucial to work with motivated buyers and sellers, which we were fortunate to have on this transaction. Both buyer and seller made this a seamlessly smooth transaction and a pleasure to work on,” said Frame, who has now closed 13 apartment sales in Eastern Washington in 2022.
