Kidder Mathews Adds Office/Flex Specialist in Bay Area

Simon Vogt, SIOR has joined Kidder Mathews’ Pleasanton office as an SVP, bringing nearly two decades of industry experience and specializing in leasing and sales of office and flex space. Prior to Kidder Mathews, he was a principal at Lee & Associates in the East Bay.

Vogt began his career working for a real estate-driven private equity firm as a financial analyst. His early experience managing an investment portfolio allowed him a unique perspective that has helped him serve clients as a broker. To date, he has completed more than 600 transactions, totaling $290 million in value.

He earned his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation in 2022.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 13-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
