Kidder Hires Bay Area Veteran as President of Brokerage

Kidder Mathews continues to expand in Northern California, adding Bay Area real estate veteran David Nelson as Regional President of Brokerage for the firm’s NorCal and Nevada offices. In his new role, Nelson will oversee regional growth, recruitment of talent and strategic client relationships.

“David is a dynamic leader with deep experience in recruiting and leading professionals, and we are very fortunate to have him join us. We are confident our clients and professionals will benefit significantly from his leadership,” said Kidder COO Brian Hatcher.

Nelson is an 18-year CRE veteran, most recently as Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco, East Bay and North Bay markets. “Kidder Mathews is poised for exponential growth in Northern California, following its recent rapid expansion in Greater Los Angeles,” said Nelson. “I’m excited to join this exceptional team and be part of its ongoing success.”
