Kidder Arranges Spokane Apartment Portfolio Sale

Max Frame of the Kidder Mathews’ Simon and Anderson multifamily team in Seattle, represented separate buyers in the purchase of two Spokane, WA apartment buildings, totaling $5.5 million.

“I want to thank the seller and both buyers in the sale of these buildings. With continued demand from buyers in the competitive Spokane market, it was great helping both my clients expand their apartment portfolio,” said Frame.

The Lloyd, a 37-unit complex was built in 1911, and is comprised of 33 residential and 4 commercial units. The property sold for $4.25 million and the buyer plans on renovating the entire building.

The Annie, a two-building property on West Sinto Avenue is comprised of a total of 11-units. It was built in 1910, and sold for $1.25 million.
