The newly-constructed 134th Street Lofts in Vancouver, WA have been sold for $39 million in a transaction structured by Kidder Mathews. Dylan Simon, Max Frame and Jerrid Anderson of the firm’s Seattle-based Simon and Anderson multifamily team represented the seller and directly sourced the buyer off-market.

The property consists of 124-units, featuring high quality finishes and top-notch amenities. It is located in close proximity to Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, Washington State University Vancouver and an array of local and national retailers.
