Khaadi to Open First US Store at Tysons Corner Center 

Global retailer Khaadi is set to open its first U.S. location at Tysons Corner Center in Tysons Corner, Virginia.  

Khaadi, a 25-year-old clothing company with stores in Dubai, Pakistan, Bahrain, Qatar, and England, plans to occupy its new U.S. space by the end of the year. CEO Rehan Syed has expansion plans to open up to 30 stores in the U.S. and Canada, along with establishing distribution and eCommerce centers. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Lestin and Sophie Van Pelt represented Khaadi in the transaction with landlord Tysons Corner Holdings LLC. “Khaadi is one of the world’s most exciting fashion brands, producing unsurpassed quality and a fusion of style to compliment both East and West,” said Lestin.
