KH Properties Acquires Eugene Retail Center for $5M

Norris & Stevens has brokered the sale of River Road Plaza, a 32,000-square-foot retail property in Eugene, OR. KH Properties LLC purchased the asset for $5.09 million from River Road Plaza, LLC, which was represented by CPX LLC in the transaction. Norris & Stevens’ Todd VanDomelen represented the buyer.

Situated in the Santa Clara neighborhood of Eugene, the property features a mix of services and dining tenants. The asset was 92% occupied at the time of purchase, and has a long history of high occupancy. 

River Road Plaza is located at 155 Silver Lane, just off the Randy Papé Beltline Highway 569, and near the River Road Transit Station. The center offers quick and convenient access to downtown Eugene, the Willamette River and the University of Oregon, and is just 10 minutes from Interstate 5.
