Keystone Secures 290K SF of Leases at Piscataway Campus

Keystone Property Group has signed three leases totaling 290,000 square feet with Infinity BiologiX (IBX), LIXIL and Paychex at its four-building office complex, Middlesex Science Center at 30 Knightsbridge Rd. in Piscataway, NJ. With the new leases, the 685,000-square-foot property is now more than 92% leased.

IBX’s expansion to 200,000 square feet reinforces MSC’s position as a home for Middlesex County’s life sciences industry. John Buckley and Bob Ryan of JLL represented IBX, while CBRE’s Jon Meisel and Doug Petrozzini represented Keystone in all three transactions.

LIXIL’s 60,000-square-foot headquarters lease commenced earlier in 2021. JLL’s Scott Lesh and Scott Stange represented the tenant.

HR services leader Paychex renewed its lease for 30,000 square feet of space in part because of its unique operational needs served by the infrastructure of the complex. Mike Maroon of The Acclaim Group represented Paychex. The lease will commence later in 2021.
