Keystone Plans 224-Acre Innovation Centre MXU in Goodyear

New York-based Keystone Equities LLC plans to develop Innovation Centre, a nearly 224-acre master-planned community in Goodyear. The company is seeking to rezone a vacant site at Interstate 10 and Loop 303 to accommodate mix of uses.

The proposed plan calls for three separate districts. The Commerce Park is the largest of the planned districts, covering a roughly 139-acre portion that would include seven buildings. They would be intended for light industrial uses such as warehouses and large distribution facilities and range up to 735,000 square feet in size.

The Commercial/Retail and Entertainment District encompasses roughly 26 acres and is planned for 12 buildings including a hotel. The Office/Employment District covers roughly 59 acres with eight buildings that could be used for office and employment, as well as entertainment, restaurant and other uses.

The property is currently entitled for a mobile home/RV park. The city’s Planning and Zoning Commission is set to revisit the rezoning request in early November.
