Keystone Group Adds 57 Apartments to Indianapolis Office Conversion
Keystone Group’s transformation of central Indiana’s first office-tower-to-luxury-apartment conversion continues as the addition of 57 new luxury apartments officially begins at the 220 Meridian Tower. Scheduled for completion in summer 2026, the additional luxury apartments will range from studios to two-bedroom apartments, offering unobstructed views of Indianapolis’ Monument Circle and skyline.
Ersal Ozdemir, founder and owner of Keystone Group said, “Investing in our urban core is not only a strategic decision, but a long-term commitment to the future of downtown. Keystone continues to transform by building new or redeveloping underutilized space into dynamic live-work-play-and-stay environments to elevate Indianapolis into a stronger, more vibrant city for years to come.”
Following AT&T’s headquarters lease ending on May 31, construction will begin this week on the 57 new units and additional outdoor deck amenities at 220 Meridian Tower. It includes six units featuring the building’s first private patio spaces.
