KeyBank Real Estate Taps Scott Davis as Senior Mortgage Banker in Tampa

KeyBank Real Estate Capital, the commercial real estate business unit of KeyCorp, has tapped Scott Davis as senior mortgage banker. Davis is responsible for originating multifamily loans through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA , CMBS, life companies and bridge products for clients based in the Southeast Region.

Davis will be based in the firm’s Tampa office and report to Chris Black, regional production manager at KeyBank. Davis brings 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and commercial mortgage banking to KeyBank. Previously, he was a senior real estate banker at Centennial Bank and was responsible for developing new relationships in the Southeast region. Prior to Centennial Bank, which he joined in 2018, Davis was at NorthMarq Capital.
