KeyBank Real Estate Capital Appoints Senior Banker

KeyBank Real Estate Capital has appointed Thomas Reynolds as SVP and senior banker, based in Chicago. He is responsible for new business development and relationship management as part of a team providing on- and off-balance sheet financing solutions for private real estate owners, investors, and developers.   

“With a proven track record and depth-of-market expertise, Tom has cultivated solid industry relationships,” said David Paisley, Midwest regional executive for KeyBank Real Estate Capital’s Income Property Group. “Through our integrated platform, he will be able to leverage his experience and relationships to best serve our clients.” 

Reynolds brings nearly 20 years’ commercial real estate finance and banking experience to Key. Before joining Key, Reynolds was an SVP and multifamily finance relationship manager in the Real Estate Group at Capital One.  He served in a dual originations role in Chicago to spearhead the bank’s loan production efforts across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic.
