KeyBank Real Estate Capital has tapped Tim Hussey as senior relationship manager. He will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice and capital solutions to the firm’s commercial real estate clients and developing new business relationships in the Northeast region. Hussey, who is based in the Boston office, reports to Matt Purtell, KeyBank Real Estate Capital regional income property manager.

Hussey brings nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate finance and commercial mortgage banking to Key. He started his career in Boston as a mortgage banking analyst with Centerline Capital Group. Prior to joining Key, Hussey was at Eastern Bank in various roles including portfolio manager, credit officer and most recently a relationship manager.

“With a proven track record and depth-of-market expertise, Tim has cultivated solid industry relationships,” said Purtell. “Through our integrated platform, he will be able to leverage his experience and relationships to best serve our clients.”
