KeyBank Real Estate Adds Senior Mortgage Banker 

KeyBank Real Estate Capital (KBREC) welcomed Jonathan Wood as a senior mortgage banker, focusing on multifamily lending in the Northeast. Wood’s role involves originating loans across various sectors such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, life companies, and debt funds. Based in Boston, he reports to Dirk Falardeau, KBREC’s Commercial Mortgage Group regional manager. 

Wood’s over 20 years of experience in commercial mortgage banking includes roles at Lument as a managing director and prior senior positions at Capital One and Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage. 

“We’re excited to have Jon on our team. He has a proven track record for closing debt and equity transactions across the full spectrum of property types utilizing various sources of debt.,” said Falardeau. “As we continue to expand our platform, his experience and relationships will be a valuable asset to our team and clients.”
