KeyBank Provides Rehab Financing on Three Seniors Properties

KeyBank provided $21.5 million of capital for National Church Residences (NCR) to rehabilitate three affordable seniors housing properties in Florida, Ohio and Texas. Columbus, OH-based David Lacki with KeyBank Community Development Lending and Investment structured the financing for NCR.

The properties include Fair Havens Village in Sebring, FL; Bryn Mawr Glen in Ravenna, OH; and Lennox House in Grand Prairie, TX. Each property has an on-site social worker and provides services tailored to residents’ needs through NCR’s Home for Life plan.

Headquartered in the Columbus suburb of Upper Arlington, OH, NCR is the nation’s largest non-profit provider of senior housing as well as the largest provider of service coordinators. Founded in 1961 as Ohio Church Residences, the organization now serves 30,000 seniors living in their facilities plus an equal number receiving care and services in the facilities or through outreach programs and home services.
